- Fresh Space Design will help you uncover, discover and prioritize what is essential for your vision, what can be eliminated or saved for another phase.
- Create Concept Drawings
- Fresh Space Design will help you explore options by creating concept drawings in two and three dimenions. Our computer drafting program is a wonderful tool that will help you visualize your space from every angle.
- Research and Source Solutions
- Fresh Space Design will carefully consider products, materials and construction methods to realize your vision and maximize your budget
- Assist in Contractor and Vendor Selection
- Fresh Space Design will introduce you to qualified, insured, creative contractors and subcontractors who will work with you to create a successful project.
- Alternatively, we will work with your choice of contractor/subcontractors of choice. We can also act as a construction consultant and/or manage parts or all of your project
- Generate a "Project Roadmap"
- Fresh Space Design will produce construction drawings, specifications and a comprehensive scope of work to the extent necessary for local code requirements and a successful construction outcome
