Fresh Space Design Fee Structure

Complimentary one-hour consultation: During this meeting at your home, we will review your wishes, wants, needs and goals. We'll tour the space, discuss the potential scope of each project, review options for working together and define a realistic design budget.

We are available to work with you under any of the following fee structures:

HOURLY FEE: This fee structure is ideal for small projects of short duration, such as a consultation for one or a few items, or for projects where it is difficult to clearly define a scope of work. Time will be charged on an hourly basis for each hour worked. The hourly fee is $85.00/Hour.

HOURLY TO A MAXIMUM: This fee structure is ideal for projects where a scope of work is somewhat but not strictly defined, and/or you aren't sure how much assistance you will need with various aspects of each project. After the initial consultation, the Designer will estimate a projected number of hours required to reach a defined milestone or result. We will work on an hourly basis up to but not to exceed the estimated number of hours. Once the maximum is reached, we may negotiate an additional agreement.

LUMP SUM or PROJECT FEE: This fee structure assumes a very thorough, defined scope of work. Once this is determined, the Designer will propose a project fee with a detailed description of work to be covered under the agreement. Should additional work outside of the original scope be requested, we may negotiate an additional fee for the additional work.
